DO I HAVE TO REFRIGERATE MY PRODUCTS?
While you do not have to refrigerate your products, doing so will extend the life of your natural goods. You can also keep them in a cool, dark area to prevent damage from the sun's UV rays. Using clean hands and utensils helps to keep the products fresh.
IS THERE A RETURN POLICY?
Due to each of our products being made to order, a return will only be issued in the event that the customer happens to receive a damaged item or an item that has molded due to sun exposure during the shipping process.
HOW LONG WILL MY PRODUCTS LAST?
In order to ensure that you are receiving optimal results with your Safi Life Botanica products, it is recommended that you use them within 3 months of the purchase date. Clean hands and refrigerating products helps prolong the shelf life.
